We are a boutique, interior design led, staging and refurbishment company with a focus on creating the look of a home, not a hotel. We understand the needs and desires of Central London buyers. Drawing on the interior design ethos from Kelling Designs, we know what makes a difference for the promotional photographs and the in person viewing experience.
Our bespoke piped sofas look comfortable and contemporary, we dress the walls with characterful original artwork, and we use striking upholstered headboards that create a focal point in the bedrooms – all of which creates a unique impact. This is not for the mass market.

Kelling Staging creates a distinctive look – we don’t stock multiples of the same items and our high-end furniture is in keeping with a Prime property.
Rooms are styled and designed to make best use of the flow of the space and to lure buyers to purchase your property. We often get asked if the staging contents are available for sale (they can be), as buyers want to buy the look, and move in hassle free.
By investing up front in 8-12 weeks of staging, likely around 0.1-0.2% of your sale price, you can attract greater potential interest and negate the need for lengthy negotiations on your asking price. This in turn can save you both time and money.

Kelling Staging are also able to help with refurbishment of tired empty rooms - we do more than just freshening up. We can use our expertise to transform the use of space, and then stage for sale or rental as illustrated in these before and after photos.
